On November 21, 2018, Mrs. Karina Melyikya, Head of International Cooperation Department of Russian Today (RT), from Russia had arrived at Thai PBS Head office and welcomed by Dr. Wilasinee Phiphitkul, Director-General of Thai PBS, to mutually sign the memorandum of understanding (MOU). Most content in the MOU are about cooperative exchange of corporate information, News and TV program contents, television program and professional experience exchange.
