On September 29th, 2025, Thai PBS and the Goethe-Institut signed an agreement for production of the ‘Sanook Kid Wit German’ (สนุกคิด วิทย์ เยอรมัน!) television series, focused on language and science learning.
Thai PBS, represented by Mr. Vanchai Tantivitayapitak, Thai PBS Director General, signed the co-production agreement with Mr. Sascha Fabri, Deputy Director and Head of the Language Department at the Goethe-Institut Thailand.
‘Sanook Kid Wit German’ is a prototype German-language series that connects science content through fun, accessible storytelling and creates a learning experience, which is both informative and entertaining for Thai viewers.
The 13-episode series will be supervised by the Goethe-Institut, which will also be responsible for content development, language consulting and media selection from Germany, while Thai PBS will oversee the production and broadcast of the series, which is scheduled to air across 2025 and 2026.
