On 21 January 2020, Thai Public Broadcasting Service (Thai PBS) won The 3rd Ardhanareeswara Award in the 4th field: creative media, mass media category. Ms.Wenika Wichaiwatthana, the reporter of arts and culture news and the representative of Thai PBS, received the award at Chulalongkorn UniversityAuditorium.
The Ardhanareeswara Award has represented the international and national gender diversity award and to honor the individual and organization who is working for LGBTI (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex) rights and health advocacy. The Rainbow Sky Association of Thailand cooperated with the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, the Rights and Liberties Protection Department, the National Human Rights Commission of Thailand and the Faculty of Communication Arts, Chulalongkorn University to organize this event.
