On 25th May 2019, three reporters of Thai PBS - Ms. Panisa Khuankaew, Mr. Praphat Lertwilai and Ms. Thidarat Anantarakitti won the 1st WORLD ASEAN AWARDS 2019 in the best mass media field at convention hall, Chulabhorn Research Institute. The award was given by H.S.H. Price Mongkolchaleam Yugala.
The awarding ceremony of the 1st WORLD ASEAN AWARDS 2019 in Strengthening Thailand towards ASEAN project by Journalist and Photographer Association for the Nation to praise and support good people who dedicate themselves for the society and country. The program “People's Station” produced by the three reporters benefits the society by addressing problems and solutions in the society such as life quality and well-being, oppression and power abuse from government and private agencies.
