The role of public media service does not limit to merely a broadcaster. Besides providing timely and reliable news coverage, Thai PBS has mobilized public support and gather donations through its 'Thai PBS Stands with the People Through Every Crisis' campaign. Between July 25 and August 7, 2025, donations reached 1,559,993.04 THB, directed to assist civilians affected by the Thai–Cambodian border clashes and flood victims in northern Thailand. This initiative reflects Thai PBS’s commitment to serving as both a trusted source of information and an active partner in relief efforts during national crises.
