On November 19, 2018, Dr. Wilasinee Phiphitkul, Thai PBS director general, welcomed Deputy Minister of Digital Development, Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation and Russian broadcasters to Thai PBS Head office. The visiting delegates consisted of Mrs. Karina Melyikya from Russia Today (RT), Ms. Polina Tsvetkova from Channel One and Mrs. Natalia Borchik from RUPTLY News agency, their aim was in order to discuss and exchange information, content, and technologies for organization and broadcasting development including future cooperation.
